Stark Home

The Stark Home is located on the Lester River Road in Duluth, MN. Completed in July 2005, the homeowners Dave and Stacy Stark acted as the general contractors. We were involved, though, right from the beginning in the planning and design phase. We cut the frame during the summer of 2004 and raised in November. We were involved in almost every aspect of this home; from the timber frame and enclosure, to the wall layout and framing, to the finish work and built-ins. They had a vision for a zero discharge home that was energy efficient and ecologically sound.Working with Dave and Stacy, we built a custom, energy efficient 2000 sq ft home based on their needs and wants.
